DHW refers customers to our program who are not working at least 30 hours per week at minimum wage, or who are not earning $217.50 per week or $870 per month before taxes and deductions.
If you are unable to work, you must provide verification to DHW so that they can redetermine your exemption from our program. Please remember that until an exemption is granted, you will still be required to enroll with us to avoid any negative action from taking place on your benefits.

Once your enrollment in our program is complete, your career coach will register you for an MPloy account. You will receive an email from SnagPad.com providing you with your login information once this has been done. If you have not received your login information, please do not try to create an account yourself. Contact your career coach to have your account created for you.
Once compliance is met, your career coach will provide you with information on when you can expect release of your TAFI benefits.
